Senior Officer - Funding

Responsibilities

• Assist for debt financing from financial institutions. 
• Maintain positive relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Analyze, review and prepare feasibility, financial statements, cash flow projection and other related documents for debt financing.
• Monitors and prepares debt covenant compliance. 
• Prepare relating reports for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree (preferable) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of related experience in banking, treasury or corporate finance 
• Good knowledge in financial statements analysis
• Good command in English
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, particularly Excel
• Circumspect
• Well-organized and reliable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work hard under pressure
