Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct internal phone calls within the organization professionally and efficiently.
  • Welcome and assist visitors in contacting the organization, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Assess and identify visitor needs, coordinating with relevant departments to provide timely assistance.
  • Address visitor inquiries with accurate and helpful information.
  • Prepare and manage documents related to assigned responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with various departments, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake other related tasks as assigned to support the team.
