Responsibilities
| • Organize bidding for landscape construction, compile quotation and create PO for landscape construction
• Softscape inspection and report • Control landscape construction period in time according to the project opening schedule • Prepare maintenance project report • Survey plant market & prepare standard price document • Prepare landscape maintenance contract and open PO for maintenance process • Competitor analysis survey • Quality inspect and follow up Landscape construction plan with all related parties to complete the project according to the timeline and plan • Solve soil / water problems. Choose a plant species to match the environment |
Qualifications
| • Bachelor of Science (Agriculture), in landscape technology or relevant degree in field
• 2 years in field or more • Able to read landscape drawing document and specialize in plants / Auto Cad / Excel • Techniques of landscape construction and know how to promote the project image |
